Cancellation Policy
Within 24 Hours of Booking: You are entitled to a full refund with no cancellation fees if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of making the reservation. This gives you the freedom to change your trip schedule without difficulty.
After 24 Hours of Booking: Any cancellations made beyond the first 24-hour window will be governed by the airline's unique policies. We comply with the airline's terms for refunds and cancellations as a third-party service. Please be aware that depending on the airline's policies, a complete refund cannot always be assured.
How to Cancel: Please give our customer support team a call in order to cancel a reservation. We regretfully cannot handle cancellation requests sent to us via email. Making a direct phone call guarantees that you will get help right away.
No-Show Policy: If you miss your flight without canceling beforehand, there will be no reimbursement or waiver of fees. To keep the value of your ticket, you must arrive on time.
Refund Policy
Refund Procedure: In compliance with the airline's regulations, as a third-party booking provider, your refund will be handled. Flightshubticket doesn't directly handle refunds, but we can help you go through the process with the airline.
Timing of Refunds: Refunds are often handled in ten to fifteen business days. However, depending on your bank, it can take a few more days for the refund to show up in your account. Rarely, the procedure can take sixty to ninety days.
Payment Method: The original account used to make the payment will be credited with the refund. Refunds to different accounts or payment methods are not available from us.
Service Fees: Unless the cancellation is made within two hours of the booking, our service fees are not refundable. To prevent unforeseen fees, please carefully go over all terms.
